    Returns

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items to us. MOS MOSH offers a 30-day return policy that applies from the day you receive your items. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the same state and packaging as they arrived in. This includes any additional gift items received from MOS MOSH, if applicable.

    We make return shipping easy and convenient for you!
    Log in to our return portal with the email address you used when placing the order and your order number*. You will then receive a DPD return label by email. Please print the label, attach it securely to your return parcel, and drop it off at your nearest DPD ParcelShop.
    Once your parcel has been handed over to DPD, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your return on its way back to us. Don’t forget to fill out the return form and place it inside the parcel.

    We recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of delivery in case the parcel should get lost along the way. Please note that the responsibility for the return shipment lies with you until we receive the parcel. We only refund to the payment card that was used for the purchase. Returns are subject to a shipping cost (see country list) and will automatically be deducted from your refund.

    If a provider other than DPD is desired for return shipping, you are welcome to return the package in your own way. However, please be aware that we do not refund self-paid shipping costs.

    Exchange of goods
    You can easily make an exchange through our return portal, and the exchange will be shipped as quickly as possible. If you wish to exchange an item that has already been exchanged, we are unfortunately unable to do so; in that case, please return the item and place a new order.

    Incorrect or faulty items

    In case you received an incorrect or faulty item in your order, we kindly apologize for the inconvenience and ask you to contact us at customerservice@mosmosh.co.uk.

    How to process a faulty item

    Items bought from the MOS MOSH website are subjected to a 2-year warranty. This applies to material and fabrication defects.

    Please send an email to customerservice@mosmosh.co.uk stating the issue and remember to refer to your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation. To make the process easier for both parts, please attach photos of the item and issues in question, and inform products name, product number and size. Our customer service will then process your request.

    If our customer service assesses the need for a return, we will cover the delivery costs. Items returned without consulting with our customer service will not be compensated.

    MOS MOSH items bought from a third party
    Faulty MOS MOSH goods bought from a third party, such as a webshop or physical store, should be referred to the store from which it was bought. The MOS MOSH webshop cannot be held responsible for these purchases.
