Measure the chest at the widest point around the torso.

Measure your waist with a measuring tape after a relaxed exhale.

Find the top of your hip bone and the bottom edge of your ribs. Your waist is midway between the two points, regardless of whether your navel is above or below.

Measure the hip approx. 20 cm down from your waist at the widest point and make sure the measuring tape goes straight across the rear.
